Brandt Snedeker brings top form into West Coast Swing

HONOLULU — At first glance, Brandt Snedeker appeared to be in vintage form. Quick. In a hurry. Let’s go.

But it wasn’t so much Snedeker wanting to leave Waialae Country Club on Sunday, so bitterly disappointed was he from the playoff loss to Fabian Gomez in the Sony Open. It was more like Snedeker showing how eager he was for the next tournament. He can’t wait. If he had his druthers, the Farmers Insurance Open would be starting today, and the Waste Management Phoenix Open and AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am immediately after.

That’s how good Snedeker feels about his game right now, and history shows that when the 35-year-old is in this sort of rhythm, you can expect him to get on a roll.
