Brandt Snedeker decided Moving Day would come early, as he bolted 100 spots up the leaderboard with a second-round 61 at the Wyndham Championship.
Snedeker, 34, went bogey-free on a day where he made nine birdies and more than 158 feet of putts at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C. He got to 9 under and within two shots of Tom Hoge's lead at the end of the morning wave of play.
"It was just one of those days where I wasn't hitting everything perfect, but I was leaving it in the right spots," said Snedeker. "I had a bunch of uphill birdie putts and I rolled it fantastic.
