Branden Grace can breath a sigh of relief, as he proved strong enough to handle the extra pressure that came this week in Qatar.
The South African fired a final-round 69 at the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters to move from two behind to two ahead and earn his seventh career European Tour title. Arguable as important for Grace, though, was that the win meant a successful defense of his Qatar Masters crown, making him the first to do in the tournament's history.
"It's a big thing to come to a week defending. You've got a lot more pressure and a lot more things going on that week," Grace said.
