PLAYA DEL CARMEN, Mexico – The rain delay that interrupted the third round at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba came at an inopportune time for Jason Bohn.
Bohn had just rolled in a 21-foot eagle putt on No. 13 when the horn blew, a stroke that gave him a one-shot lead over Derek Fathauer and Justin Leonard. When he returned to the course nearly 90 minutes later, he played his final five holes in 1 over, including a bogey on the last.
He now heads into the final round alone in second, one shot behind Fathauer.
