Three weeks after battling Justin Rose down the stretch at the UBS Hong Kong Open, Lucas Bjerregaard is right back at it.
The Dane may have lost out to the Englishman but a second consecutive 66 on Friday has Bjerregaard three ahead through two days at the BMW Masters. Bjerregaard made seven birdies against one bogey in the second round at Lake Malaren Golf Club, closing in a sizzling 31 to reach 12 under.
After 36 holes, the 24-year-old is three ahead of Sergio Garcia and Thongchai Jaidee as he searches for his first career European Tour win.
