There are some golfers who yearn for the newest, latest and greatest when it comes to equipment. If it’s shiny and packed with technology, they have to have it. But for those golfers who prefer clubs that harken back to simpler design philosophies, Bettinardi announced Dec. 11the release of a special heel-toe weight blade, the Bettinardi Limited Edition BB28 Raw.
Milled from a block of mild carbon steel, it has an amber-oxide finish that is designed to slow the rusting process while helping the BB28 Raw maintain its appearance.
The back flange is slightly wider than typical blade putters, which gave Bettinardi plenty of room for the single alignment line.
