The 2016 Web.com Tour Championship will be played at Atlantic Beach Country Club in Atlantic Beach, Fla., the PGA Tour announced on Wednesday.
The Jacksonville-area course, located five blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, was formerly known as Selva Marina Country Club, which hosted the 1965 and '66 Greater Jacksonville Open. In 2015, Selva Marina Country Club was redesigned by architect Erik Larsen, and the name changed to Atlantic Beach Country Club.
The Web.com Tour Championship was first played in 1993 at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in Oregon, and has been contested at TPC Sawgrass' Dye's Valley Course since 2013.
