Ana Paula Valdes surged in the final round, pulling off a one-shot victory at the 2015 Women's Porter Cup.
Valdes, who finished with a 6-under 65 at Niagara Falls Country Club in Lewiston, N.Y., edged out Christina Foster at the 54-hole event. The class-of-2016 Clemson commit finished at 8-under 205 after shooting the low round of the tournament on Friday.
Valdes, a native of Morelia, Mexico, is the No. 13 player in the Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings.
This was the third playing of the Women's Porter Cup.
