Less than six months after undergoing shoulder surgery, Beau Hossler will make his pro debut this week at the TaylorMade Pebble Beach Invitational.
Hossler, the 2016 Haskins Award winner as the nation’s top college player, suffered a left-shoulder injury during the NCAA Championship on May 31. The Texas star was unable to play in the final match, and a few weeks later, he had surgery to repair a torn labrum.
The 21-year-old turned pro in July and signed with TaylorMade.
Hossler will make his PGA Tour debut at the Farmers Insurance Open in San Diego next January, his manager, David Winkle of Hambric Sports, said Wednesday.
