2nd round in Abu Dhabi makes belated start after fog (The Associated Press)

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (AP) -- The start of the second round of the Abu Dhabi Championship was delayed by nearly three hours because of fog.

Play began at 10.05 a.m. local time (0705 GMT). It is likely the second round will carry over to Saturday.

American amateur Bryson DeChambeau held a one-stroke lead after an 8-under 64 in the first round, with Henrik Stenson alone in second place and Rory McIlroy one of two players two shots back. Top-ranked Jordan Spieth is four shots off the lead.
