The Golden State Warriors have added yet another shooter. The team has agreed to a deal with shooting guard Nick Young, aka Swaggy P.
Free agent guard Nick Young has agreed to a one-year, $5.2M deal with the Golden State Warriors, agent Mark Bartelstein tells ESPN.

The $5.2 million is the entire mid-level exception the Warriors have this year. That means any other players they add will have to sign for the veteran minimum.
Young averaged 13.2 points per game and shot 40 percent from 3-point range last year for the Lakers. He had interest from teams like the Pelicans and Timberwolves. New Orleans could offer him a bigger role, but Young is electing to try to chase a championship and potentially boost his value next offseason.

The addition of Young will help replace Ian Clark, who is now likely to get more money elsewhere. Young will serve as a bench scorer for the Warriors.
