The Golden State Warriors listed star guard Stephen Curry as questionable for the team's game Tuesday night against the Atlanta Hawks. Curry left the Warriors' game against the Oklahoma City Thunder Saturday with an ankle injury.
Curry returned to that game and dropped 46 points, including 12 3-pointers in an overtime win. His effort included a buzzer beater 3-pointer from well beyond the 3-point line to win the game in OT.
While Curry is listed as questionable, he was able to return to Saturday's game. That's a promising sign for him being able to play Tuesday. For more Curry coverage, download the Chat Sports Android and iPhone app.
Curry is in the midst of a career season. He's averaging 30.7 points per game and shooting 51.5 percent from the field. He's hitting 46.8 percent of his 3-pointers and is averaging 5.3 rebounds and 6.6 assists as well.
The Warriors host the Hawks at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Warriors are looking to extend their NBA best 53-5 record. The 33-27 Hawks are fighting for a opening round home series in the Eastern Conference.
