With an assist from a cooperative opponent, Aaron Gordon gave the fans in attendance at Wednesday night’s San Francisco Pro-Am game at Kezar Stadium something they won’t soon forget.
With the game’s outcome decided — Gordon’s South Bay Spartans team lost to Dream Team, 103-96 — the Mitty alum convinced a Dream Team guard to hand him the ball in the final seconds and then drove downcourt where he unleashed a 360-degree, between-the-legs throwdown, the kind that made him a runner-up in the NBA dunk contest this year to Zach LeVine.
