Everything is different in other ways. Curry planted himself in a director’s chair and fielded questions for 12 minutes — and spent most of the time addressing Kerr’s impending absence and the challenge of playing as reigning NBA champions.
The Warriors begin their season Tuesday night against New Orleans. Curry sounded eager to raise the curtain, even if he also seemed unsure about launching this 82-game journey without Kerr in his customary seat on the bench.
