Early in the second quarter of the Warriors 141-128 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, Warriors forward Draymond Green was ejected for a league-leading 10th time.
However, the circumstances leading to Green’s exit were a bit of a whirlwind. The forward, who is in his sixth season, was assessed his first technical foul after an argument with a referee. A minute later, referee Tre Maddox tossed Green after the forward fouled Grizzlies forward Deyonta Davis on an alley-oop.
