The Golden State Warriors have waived two-way forward Chris Boucher, sources have confirmed to the Bay Area News Group.
Yahoo! Sports was the first to report the news of Boucher’s release.
Boucher spent the majority of last season on the Warriors’ G-League affiliate in Santa Cruz, averaging 11.8 points, 7.5 rebounds in 22.2 minutes. The undrafted Oregon product played just 20 G-League games after recovering from a torn ACL. Boucher played just one game with Golden State, recording no statistics in one minute of action in a 117-106 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers March 14.
Boucher was the first player to be signed to a two-way contract last year.
