The Golden State Warriors will face the San Antonio Spurs tonight in a game that will probably mean less than the average regular season game.
The Spurs have already announced that they’ll be resting their stars, which means the Warriors should be expected to coast to a victory. Both LaMarcus Aldridge and DeMar DeRozan will be out for the Spurs, whose starting lineup looks to pale in comparison to the Warriors on paper.
As Warriors coach Steve Kerr said, they’re not planning to give anyone the night off.
However, the game will hold significance for DeMarcus Cousins, who is still working his way back into full form as a NBA regular after suffering an Achilles injury last year.
