The first half got off to as good of a start as the Golden State Warriors could have possibly hoped for. They held the Houston Rockets scoreless for the game’s first five minutes, and jumped out to a 12-0 lead.
And then things turned ugly, as the Warriors forgot how to score, and James Harden began to dominate. Houston worked their way back into it, and eventually took the lead, before a last minute burst gave them a seven-point lead at the half, 53-46.
Harden has 24 points on 8-17 shooting, and Chris Paul has 14 points on 5-9 shooting.
