In the final game of the 2018 California Classic, the Golden State Warriors opted to prioritize rest. With a busy schedule in Las Vegas starting on Friday, the Warriors gave their biggest names some time off for their final game in Sacramento at the California Classic.
But as far as results are concerned, it didn’t much matter. Golden State still had plenty of firepower, and beat the Los Angeles Lakers 77-71.
Jordan Bell and Damian Jones did not enter the game, and first-round draft pick Jacob Evans III only played a handful of minutes and didn’t score.
