Chris Paul is no longer a Golden State Warrior.

Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium reported that the Warriors are waiving the 12-time All-Star, making him an unrestricted free agent.

Paul had a $30 million guarantee for 2024-25 if he remained on the roster past June 30. The original deadline was June 28, but Paul and the Warriors mutually agreed to move the date to Sunday in order to try to find a trade. Obviously that didn't come to fruition and now he will be available to the highest bidder.
