The Golden State Warriors entered Thursday with only one pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, a second-rounder at No. 52. But according to multiple reports this morning, Golden State has now traded that second-round shot away. Instead, the pick moves to the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for guard Lindy Waters III.
Yahoo’s Jake Fischer was first to report the trade, which has also been reported by the Athletic’s Shams Charania.
Waters is a 26-year-old, 6-foot-6 wing who has played sparingly in the past three seasons with the Thunder.
