The Golden State Warriors are the top team in the league, but they’re still making moves. The Dubs are, reportedly, set to add veteran José Calderón. In order to make room, they had to cut point guard Brianté Weber.
Calderón is currently on the Los Angeles Lakers. He is working out a buyout from his current squad. Once that is handled, he is expected to sign with Golden State.
The Spanish veteran isn’t having a great season. He’s dealt with injuries, including a hurt hamstring. Thus, Calderón has only played 24 games this year, He’s only played 5:26 seconds since he played over 12 minutes on January 26.
