Warriors to hold moment of silence for Oakland Fire victims

The Warriors will hold a moment of silence for victims of the Oakland Fire before the national anthem at their 7:30 p.m. game Saturday against Phoenix at Oracle Arena, a team spokesman told The Chronicle.

Additionally, proceeds from the Warriors Community Foundation 50/50 Raffle on Saturday and Monday will support family assistance services for the Oakland Fire. Raffle kiosks are in sections 125 and 219.

At least nine people were killed and 25 others were unaccounted for after a fire, which ignited around 11:30 p.m. Friday, tore through a two-story artists collective in Oakland packed with people attending a music party.
