After losing Game 4 of his team’s second-round playoff series against the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday night, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr pointed to two culprits for the team’s fourth quarter undoing: Lakers reserve Lonnie Walker IV, and the officials rewarding Los Angeles “flops.”
Yes, Kerr actually used the word openly.
“I think we had three or four illegal screens called and that was disappointing,” Kerr told reporters after the game. “I didn’t get a look at the replay on any of them, but there were a couple that were very disappointing just live.
