The Warriors came back from the All-Star break with a sloppy and at-times lethargic performance Thursday night at Oracle Arena.
Lucky for them, Buddy Hield didn’t want to take a ridiculously long 3-pointer and had no interest in passing the ball in the final seconds of the Warriors’ 125-123 win.
Here are my three big takeaways from the contest:
A ho-hum performance for the ages
There have been 44 games in NBA history where a player has made 10 or more 3-pointers.
Stephen Curry owns 14 such games after Thursday night’s 10 3-point performance over the Kings, far and away more than any other player in NBA history.
