OAKLAND -- Stephen Curry appeared to be in good spirits Wednesday before Game 5 of the Warriors' first-round playoff series against the Houston Rockets.
Dressed in street clothes and shoes, Curry walked out of the locker room and toward chapel with Warriors and Rockets players in an adjacent room. On his way, he playfully mimicked the familiar cry of security guards at Oracle Arena who yell, "Hold 'em up!" to clear the way when players walk through the tunnel.Curry was smiling as he walked gingerly out of chapel on his own power. Two days earlier, he had received MRI results on his right knee that revealed a Grade 1 sprain of the medial collateral ligament.
