DALLAS — Warriors guard Stephen Curry will be fined $50,000 for throwing his mouthpiece toward the end of Saturday night’s loss to the Grizzlies, The Chronicle has confirmed with a team source.
USA Today’s Sam Amick was the first to report news of the fine.
With less than a minute on the game clock Saturday, Curry, upset about a no-call on a drive to the rim, unleashed on official Scott Wall, tossed his mouth guard in disgust and was promptly ejected.
