OAKLAND – By shooting with contacts and absorbing contact, Stephen Curry put his name once again in the Warriors’ record books.
In the Warriors’ 120-114 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday at Oracle Arena, Curry eclipsed Paul Arizin for third place on the Warriors’ all-time scoring list. It may not have been expected to happen right away since Curry scored 40 points while gong 12-of-21 from the field and 9-of-12 from deep.
