The Golden State Warriors made a slightly surprising signing today, when they inked free agent shooting guard Damion Jones to a two-way contract.
Free agent guard Damion Lee has reached an agreement with Golden State, league sources tell ESPN.

Lee has not been on the Warriors Summer League roster, so it seemed likely that the two-way contracts would instead go to Kendrick Nunn and Marcus Derrickson. But the Warriors liked what they saw in Lee, and offered him a contract instead.
And Golden State has a serious connection to the former Louisville player: He’s engaged to Sydel Curry, sister of Stephen Curry.
