Warriors set for first home game in 18 days

The Warriors host Phoenix on Wednesday, their first game at Oracle Arena since Nov. 28. The 18-day span away from home is the Warriors’ longest stretch since the franchise moved to the West Coast in 1962.

“It’s been a long time,” Warriors interim head coach Luke Walton said during his pregame news conference. “I even had to text Raymond (Ridder), because I forgot what time we were doing this. His response was: ‘We’ve lost a game. They probably don’t want to talk to you.’

“I think it was nice to not have a game right away.
