Warriors reportedly sign Dragan Bender

The Golden State Warriors are reportedly signing former lottery pick Dragan Bender to a 10-day contract. The news was reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, who notes that Bender will sign his contract on Sunday.

A 7-footer, Bender just turned 22 in November, but is already in his fourth NBA season. He was drafted with the fourth overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns. Four picks later, the Suns selected Marquese Chriss.

Neither of those picks worked out for Phoenix, though Chriss has done well since being picked up by the Warriors.
