Warriors report: Why Warriors have no reason to overlook Jazz

SALT LAKE CITY – The numbers suggest the Utah Jazz are not as good as they used to be. The Warriors’ own experiences tell them other wise.

Therefore, the Warriors (21-10) are not entering Wednesday’s game against the Utah Jazz (14-17) licking their chops over facing the second-to-worst team in the Western Conference. Instead, the Warriors sounded worried about the Jazz opening old wounds.

“They’re a good team and this has always been one of the toughest home floors in the league,” said Warriors coach Steve Kerr, both as a coach the past four seasons and a former NBA player (1988-2003).
