Guard Jose Calderon will fill the Warriors’ final roster spot, according to multiple reports.
One source confirmed to The Chronicle that Golden State “has strong interest” in Calderon, who is expected to come to terms on a buyout with the Lakers in coming days. He would take the place of guard Briante Weber, the former Development League standout who was released after Saturday’s win over the Nets.
“It’ll be a point guard,” head coach Steve Kerr said. “We think we have something in place, but it’s not finalized.
