The Golden State Warriors have announced a new partnership with 95.7 The Game KGMZ-FM to broadcast Warriors games on the radio.
Both regular season and playoff games the Warriors participate in will be available for listeners on 95.7 The Game.
Warriors game were previously aired on KNBR 680-AM, and long-time play-by-play broadcaster Tim Roye will still be calling Warriors games on the new station.
While Roye was specifically accounted for, radio color commentator Tom Tolbert wasn’t mentioned in the statement announcing the move.
That probably means that Tolbert isn’t coming along to 95.7 The Game to provide commentary for the games.
