SAN DIEGO — The Warriors’ four-day stay in San Diego came with a big perk for Steve Kerr.
“I finally got to sleep in my own bed,” Golden State’s head coach said.
Though he lives in the Berkeley Hills during the season, Kerr relished the comforts of his summer home in the San Diego-area. His much-hyped team, in the final game of a three-exhibition road trip, continued to look comfortable during its 123-112 preseason win Wednesday over the Lakers.
The Warriors spread the ball, led the entire game and played their starters their most extended minutes of the preseason.
