The Warriors spent Sunday night in Palo Alto, after attending the 49ers’ game and practiced Monday morning at Stanford in preparation for their exhibition opener against Toronto in San Jose.
“It’s been such a great first week of training camp for them, and they’ve really done well at what we’ve asked of them,” interim head coach Luke Walton said after shootaround. “I’m excited to see what that looks like against another team.”
Walton said he plans to open with the Warriors’ usual starters: Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Harrison Barnes, Draymond Green and Andrew Bogut.
