The Golden State Warriors lost on the road 106-91 to the Charlotte Hornets under an avalanche of three-pointers.
Devonte’ Graham led Charlotte with 33 points on a career high 10 made triples. D’Angelo Russell led the Warriors with 18 points in his return from injury.
The Warriors were in it early (for a change)
When Charlotte raced out to a 28-20 advantage in the first quarter, it felt like yet another sleepy start that would ultimately doom the Dubs. But a second quarter surge put the Hornets on their heels, as Golden State shot 67% in the period and outscored Charlotte 34-30 to cut the deficit to 58-54 going into intermission.
