The Golden State Warriors listed wing Jonathan Kuminga as questionable for Tuesday night’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies. While Kuminga appeared to leave Sunday’s blowout of the Spurs favoring his left ankle, he is listed as dealing with a right pelvic contusion. Even if he is unavailable on Tuesday, it is easier to envision Kuminga making a quick return by avoiding a re-injury to the ankle that caused him to miss two months of action.
Kuminga is still trying to find his place in the Warriors post-Jimmy Butler trade rotation. The young wing was a central part of Golden State’s plan when they were stumbling through mediocrity earlier in the season.
