Fans hoping to see the Warriors make history against the Los Angeles Lakers weren't seeing ticket prices drop by much Tuesday afternoon.
"We don't have too much inventory left, with the game a few hours away, but we haven't really seen listing prices drop like they typically do before a sporting event," said Chris Leyden, the content analyst for SeatGeek.The average resale price for a ticket for the game on SeatGeek over the past 72 hours is $484, according to Leyden. The cheapest seat listed on SeatGeek as of Tuesday afternoon could be had for $390 each. That's more than triple the cheapest listing prices for the game at Oracle Arena at the start of the season.
