The Golden State Warriors may be 10-2 since acquiring Jimmy Butler, but persistent hater Charles Barkley is always going to find something to complain about.
The Warriors beat the Nets in Brooklyn on Thursday night, 121-119, thanks to a transcendent performance from Steph Curry, who scored 40 points, including a 38-foot turnaround 3-pointer. The game wasn’t nationally televised, but it ended around when the “Inside the NBA” crew on TNT were preparing for their broadcast of the Knicks-Lakers game. That happy coincidence of scheduling gave Barkley a truly blessed opportunity to hate on three of his favorite targets at once: the Warriors, the Lakers and NBA media at large.
