There is perhaps no better example of just how much Warriors guard Jordan Poole has improved as an NBA player this season than by his amazing impression of teammate Stephen Curry during Wednesday’s game against the 76ers.
Golden State spent a solid chunk of its first half down double digits, when Poole pulled off an all-too-familiar feat for Warriors fans: he released a shot from beyond half court to beat the halftime buzzer, adding an extra three points from a jaw-dropping distance. Not only did the shot get the crowd on its feet because it was impressive, but it also cut Philly’s lead to single digits from 61-49 to 61-52.
