The memories will surface before tip-off Tuesday night. As Ian Clark prepares to face his former team, the Utah Jazz, he will reflect on all that has changed the past three years.
Undrafted out of Belmont in 2013, Clark latched on with the Jazz after strong summer-league performances with the Heat and Warriors. His two seasons with Utah were defined by instability: several NBA Development League stints, sporadic playing time and, ultimately, news that he was being waived with less than a month left in the 2014-15 season.
“You always look back,” Clark, 25, said after Golden State’s practice Monday.
