OAKLAND – Warriors guard Stephen Curry (MCL sprain) is listed as probable for Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals against the New Orleans Pelicans, according to Warriors coach Steve Kerr.
“I’d be very surprised if he didn’t play [Game2],” Kerr said following Monday’s practice.
While most of the team took Sunday off, Curry participated in a scrimmage with players who have played low minutes in the playoffs. Players in the scrimmage included Jordan Bell, Quinn Cook, JaVale McGee and Zaza Pachulia, according to a source. While Curry played, Kerr looked on from a perch inside the team’s downtown Oakland facility as he prepared for Game 2 with his staff.
