The Philadelphia 76ers have received permission to speak with Warriors assistant general manager Larry Harris for their vacant General Manager position, sources confirmed to the Bay Area News Group.
ESPN was first to report the news of the Warriors granting permission to the Sixers. According to the report, the Sixers front office is slated to interview candidates next week.
Harris joined the Warriors as an assistant coach in 2008 under former coach Don Nelson. He would later become a scout for Golden State, before being promoted to Director of Player Personnel and his current title, Assistant General Manager, in 2016.
