ANAHEIM – The Warriors say they’ll be serious this time, playing to win, that the final preseason drill is the only one that will resemble a regular season game.
For the Warriors to rediscover the team that last season won a championship, they’re going to have to patch some defensive holes and find a level of intensity thus far unseen in the preseason.
“We’re going to have to treat (this) game like a real game,” center Festus Ezeli said of the preseason finale against the Lakers Thursday night at Honda Center.
“We’ve got to bring it on Thursday and get ready for Tuesday,” Draymond Green said, referring to opening night five days away.
