To honor her contributions to the Alameda County community, Golden State Warriors Vice President of Public Affairs, Community Relations and Event Management Gail Hunter will be inducted into the Alameda County Women’s Hall of Fame, the team announced today. Hunter receives the recognition in the sports and athletics category for her work not only with the Warriors organization overseeing the Club’s Community Relations and Public Affairs efforts, but also her efforts personally with the local community. Hunter will join 11 other women chosen from an extraordinary group of 80 nominees for induction into the Alameda County Women’s Hall of Fame at its 23rd Anniversary and Award Ceremony luncheon on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Oakland.
