J.J. Barea brought the boom Thursday night.
The 6-foot Mavericks guard got into a mini-pushing match with Blake Griffin in a game Thursday and wound up getting Griffin to the ground.
Barea stands 6-foot and is 185 pounds, substantially less than Griffin’s 6-foot-10, 251-pound frame.
“I gave him a little push. He landed far over there,” Barea said, per Mavericks reporter Earl K. Sneed.
Pretty impressive, considering the size difference.
