The Golden State Warriors will seek to remain perfect on Monday when they welcome the Detroit Pistons to Oracle Arena.
It won’t be as easy as they would have thought at the beginning of the season, as the Pistons have surprised the league with a 5-1 start and are coming off an impressive 120-103 win in Portland on Sunday.
The Warriors, meanwhile, are the only undefeated team in the league at 7-0 but will look for a better performance than their win over the Kings on Saturday. They played their least complete game of the season, allowing an inferior, banged-up team in Sacramento hang around and even take the lead late in the fourth quarter.
