LOS ANGELES — Warriors power forward Draymond Green will miss Thursday night’s game against the Clippers with a left shoulder contusion, further thinning an already shallow frontcourt.
News of Green’s injury comes a day after Golden State announced that center Zaza Pachulia would be out a week with a right rotator cuff strain. David West — Pachulia’s primary backup when both are healthy — underwent an X-ray on his fractured left thumb Wednesday and is “making good progress,” per the Warriors. He is set to miss at least two more games, but will be re-evaluated after Saturday’s game in Sacramento.
