After the Phoenix Suns eliminated the Los Angeles Lakers from the NBA playoffs on Thursday night, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green noted that Suns fans were quick to remind him of a certain something he once said.
During his first foray into the world of TV analysis in August 2020, Green — speaking on a TNT broadcast — proclaimed that Devin Booker needed to get out of Phoenix.
"Get my man out of Phoenix,” Green said on-air. “It’s not good for him. It’s not good for his career.”
Green has made his distaste for the Phoenix Suns organization well-known in the past.
